Inflatable SUP is in detail.<\/strong>\u00a0Looking at all the individual elements of our sup boards we have been able to develop a sophisticated process to improve all aspects of SAFE production.\u00a0<strong>We&#8217;ve removed the inner section of a thousand drop stitch thread with PVC MOLTEN.<\/strong>\u00a0We have a thousand inner thread of the sup board with an adhesive layer of molten PVC that has been specially formulated to create both a seal on the sup board and a bonding layer between the inside and outside of the stand up paddle. We have therefore replaced two layers of PVC with a structural and resistant adhesive layer directly fused to the core of a thousand inner threads of the sup board . All this process takes place through the use of machines developed for this particular process. The result is a stand up paddle that has all the strength and stiffness properties of our previous double layer construction, but with better performance requirements.\u00a0<strong>It was possible to improve the sup performance by reducing the weight by 20% compared to a sup SAFE built with X-PRO System without compromising the rigidity in any way.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>FUSION-LIGHT\u00a0System features:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. construction pvc casting<br \/>\n2. welded internal seams, which remained faithful to the shape of the sup bpard, with no possibility of distortion<br \/>\n3. special membrane &#8220;Air Block&#8221; which eliminates the pressure losses<br \/>\n4. double layer of pvc in the\u00a0rale<br \/>\n5. EVA anti-abrasion and anti-slip<\/p>\n<h3>DROP STITCH: THE INTERNAL MATERIAL OF THE SAFE INFLATABLE SUPS<\/h3>\n<p>All inflatable SAFE SUP board are constructed and guaranteed by the\u00a0<strong>DROP STITCH<\/strong>\u00a0high density system. Thousands of stretched strings crossing the inside of the sup board giving it&#8217;s shape while the internal air creates pressure and a extremely rigid sup board. We have chosen\u00a0<strong>a high density material<\/strong>\u00a0to develop a high quality sup board with a more\u00a0<strong>solid and resistant structure<\/strong>\u00a0increasing life longevity and shock resistance.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-7adfc99a\" data-id=\"7adfc99a\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6cdbe205 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6cdbe205\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"Prodot2\">\n<h3>THE SAFE INFLATABLE SUP FINS:<\/h3>\n<p>Our boards are delivered with a thruster set with fixed lateral short fins and a removable central fin with the PIN LOCK or US BOX system<br \/>\n<strong>Thruster<\/strong>: This system consists in having 3 rigid fins increasing the sup boards control and the capacity of gliding straight ahead. It also allows your fins not to curve or fold when transported in your bag as it often happens with fixed fins.<br \/>\n<strong>Fin Box<\/strong>: This system consists of having 1 rigid fin installed with a screw in the FIN BOX system.<br \/>\nThis system allows to increase your maximum capacity to glide in straight ahead.<\/p>\n<h3>THE THICKNESS OF THE SAFE INFLATABLE SUP:<\/h3>\n<p>The thickness of our sup boards corresponds to the exact proportion between shape and rigidity. Developing a thicker sup board means you will automatically bring more rigidity, but also influence its performance.<br \/>\nFor this reason we have developed the most rigid sup boards as possible without influencing the performance.<\/p>\n<p>*\u00a0<strong>11 cm\/12 cm<\/strong>\u00a0is the perfect thickness for a sup board targeting to be light and manoeuvrable. The rails become essential if you need to maneuver quickly.<br \/>\n*\u00a0<strong>15 cm<\/strong>\u00a0is the ideal thickness for a sup board targeting to be stable and fast.
